30.10.2005New snapshot in the download area, run_sps works nearly stable
there is now only one binary supporting all kinds of hardware
Debug output disabled
11.10.2005the new website is online
20.09.2005E-Lab Computers dontated a standard version of their Atmel Pascal Compilers AVRCo. One step closer to to Atmel version. Many thanks to all sponsors for their support.
19.09.2005I have a version of run_sps for the Atmel Mega128 !! But the free Demo Version of the compiler limits the code size. I can compile without errors, but the compiler generates no executable because the code is too big. The compiler ( AVRCo from E-LAB ) costs 481 € +tax. this is too expensive for my budget! In addition I need a programmer for the Atmel Mega128. If you are interested in the Atmel version please help and consider a donation !
16.09.2005I was stuck in the development and had to go some steps back. The development shnapshot 1.7.3 now supports the IO-Warrior 40,a 8255 PIO, the Dil/NetPC and the Parallel Port.
29.04.2003Code Mercenaries donated a starterkit of the IOWarriors 40. I hope, that it is possible to access this USB Device from SPS4Linux.
28.10.2002 1.7.1 is nearly finished, snapshot (attention: it is possible that you can't compile! )
08.08.2002Announcedment for version 1.7.1
main goal will be one code for all different hardware
13.08.2001Beta of SPS4Linux Version 1.7.1 for DIL/NetPC from SSV Software Systems GmbH is available for Download
03.08.2001SSV Software Systems GmbH donated a starter kit of their DIL /Net PC. This will be a small and stable solution for a PLC. I hope I can build SPS4Linux on this platform
16.05.2001I'm working on the new release:
new features are: Analog inputs, run external programs, better support for different hardware. And SPS4Linux will be released under the GNU GPL
